CCL Products (India) Ltd. was promoted by Mr. C. Rajendra Prasad, an Engineer-Technocrat-Entrepreneur having more than 25 years of industrial experience and more than 20 years of experience in International Coffee Industry. Mr. Prasad is also reckoned as a Pioneer and First Entrepreneur in India to have placed Indian Soluble Coffee in the hard currency world markets. Asian Coffee Ltd., of which Mr.Prasad was the Promoter Managing Director of, was the first recipient of assistance in India from the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) of UK.
This 100% EOU known as ‘Asian Coffee Ltd.’, set up in 1989, was the first non multi-national owned factory to produce instant coffee using India’s large supply of low grade coffees. In the 1994-1995 Mr. Prasad set up Continental Coffee Ltd. and was also closely involved in two other projects, one in Singapore and the other in Dunstable UK.
In recognition of his eminence in the Coffee Industry, Mr. Prasad was appointed to the Indian Coffee Board by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India for three consecutive terms from 1990 to 1999 and he has been appointed as Special Invitee to the Coffee Board. He is also the Director of several other companies.

Mr. Feuer is the President of L.M. Zuckerman & Co., Inc. in New York, an importer and manufacturer’s representative specializing exclusively in the trade of soluble coffee. Mr. Feuer joined the firm in 1977, advancing to President and CEO in 1990. The firm is privately held.
During the past 28 years, the company has been a full member of the Green Coffee Association of New York, the Pacific Coast Coffee Association, the Tea and Coffee Association of Canada and the National Coffee Association of the USA. Mr. Feuer has served in various roles with all of these trade associations, including Committee Member, Directorship and Member of the Executive Committee.
Most notably, Mr. Feuer has served as the Treasurer of the National Coffee Association of the USA for 8 years from 1996 until 2004. During this time, the membership increased by 100%,the budget of the Association increased by 50% and the reserves increased from 20% to 78% of annual operating budget. The Association is the leading trade association serving North America, and represents the industry and government in all international forums such as International Coffee Organisation (ICO). Mr. Feuer continues to serve on the Executive Committee of the NCA. He is currently Vice President of the National Coffee Association, USA.
Mr. Feuer is on the Board of Super Continental Private Ltd., a soluble coffee manufacturer in Singapore since 1996. A former director of Asian Coffee Ltd. (presently Tata Coffee Ltd.), Mr. Feuer is on the Board of CCL Products (India) Ltd. since its inception of Instant Coffee Unit in 1994.
In addition, Mr. Feuer has served as Director of various charitable organisations. As a member of the Investment Committee of a New York based religious organisation, responsibility included overseeing a USD 125 million per annum investment fund. Mr. Feuer has served as Board member and President of the Holt-Elwell Memorial Foundation from 1988 to 1996, which has owned and operated a summer camp for boys since 1903.
Mr. Feuer travels widely to South America, Southeast Asia, Europe and India in connection with the soluble coffee business.

Mr. B.N. Jayasimha joined the Indian Administration Service (IAS) in April, 1952 and retired as Special Chief Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh in 1986. During his service, he worked as Collector of District Magistrate; Secretary to Governor of Andhra Pradesh; Managing Director of Nizam Sugar Factory; Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Investment Corporation; Chairman and Managing Director of Indo – Nippon Prevision Bearings Company; Principal Secretary, Transport and Road & Buildings Department; Principal Secretary, Revenue Department and Special Chief Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh.
During his tenure with Government of India, he was Joint Secretary to the Cabinet, Cabinet Secretariat; Joint Secretary, Department of Industry; Additional Secretary, Department of Civil Supplies; Development Commissioner, Small Scale Industries; Additional Secretary, Ministry of Defence. During his service, he has the experience of working at policy formulations at Government level as well as direct in charge of management of public undertakings-developmental as well as manufacturing.
Mr. I.J. Rao
Mr. I.J. Rao is a Gold Medalist in M.A. Economics from Andhra University. He was a lecturer in college and thereafter joined Indian Customs & Excise service in 1955. He was a collector of Central Excise Guntur, Madras & Kanpur. He also served as collector of customs in Kolkatta. He joined Customs, Excise, Gold (Control) Appelate Tribunal (CEGAT) Delhi in March 1983 and retired in 1991 as Vice-President of the Tribunal.
He authored hundreds of short stories, several Novels, Radio plays and was awarded with Prathiba Puraskaram for 1998 in short story/Novel by Potti Sriramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad.
His Articles on finance, Revenue and Taxation were published in the Statesmen (Kolkatta), Economic Times (Bombay), Business standard (Kolkatta), Excise Law Times (Delhi) etc.
He is a member of the Audit Committee and the Shareholders/investors Grievance Committee of the Company.
Mr. Vipin K Singal
Mr. Vipin K Singal did his Graduation in Agricultural Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University and leads Delhi Express Travels Group, engaged in International Air tickets - Business and Leisure, Incentives, Inbound Tourism, Outbound Holidays, Cruises, Distribution of Hotels & Resorts in India, Domestic Tourism and promotion & marketing of Eurail in India. He is associated with travel and tourism industry for the last 3 decades.
Mr Singal is responsible for the development of the new products, which could be sold in India and is also responsible for contracting with the international suppliers.
Mr. C. Srishant
Mr. C Srishant is a lawyer by education, having completed his B.A., B.L. (Hons.) from NALSAR, University of Law. He is a Diploma holder in Information Technology Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws. He is a Gold Medalist in Corporate Law at NALSAR, University of Law. He was also A.P. State topper and Gold Medalist in Mathematics (Class XII – I.S.C. Syllabus).
